Notes: Purple Magoo is a hybrid of the one and only Purple Urkle clone. A legendary cut that started the purple craze in the early 2000s in California, paired with Dynasty Genetics' Blue Magoo BX3. The Blue Magoo clone is a hybrid of DJ Short's Blueberry with a William's Wonder F2 line dubbed "Major League Bud."
The Genesis of this hybrid was when I originally acquired the Urkle cut, and grew it side by side with a couple of Blue Magoo BX3 female clones. They grew very similarly, and even had a similar flower shape. They even smelled somewhat similar. The idea of pairing them together was a real no brainer.
The terpene profile ranges from berry, grape, to perfumey purple, to floral.. The effects are very medical and mood enhancing. A good blend of both parental lines. It's great for appetite stimulation, IBS, pain, or insomnia. Some of these plants will yield very well, which was unexpected, given the way that both parental lines typically grow. Those phenotypes look like Blue Berry on steroids. Expect flowers to finish around 8 or 9 weeks. But some Magoo leaners may finish faster. Urkle is a heavy feeder, but being that this hybrid has a lot Blueberry in the lineage, it's advisable to feed lightly unless the plant shows signs of being hungry.
