If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at within 14 days of receiving the product to request a replacement. We will require a photo of the defective or damaged product to process your request.

We do not offer refunds for any other products, except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect or error on our part. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any reason other than a defective or damaged product, please contact us at to discuss your situation.
